Natural Relief From Chronic Pain

  • Hello Beautiful Soul

Are you ready to find relief from chronic pain in a way that allows your body to heal naturally?

In the way in which each coin has two sides, ease and pain are natural parts of life but there is a way to be free from prolonged suffering.

We can work with you independently or alongside your healthcare provider and map out a programme which will enable your body and mind to relax and rejuvenate. Our process is gentle and compassionate and is designed to bring you into full balance.

When you sign up for our programme, you’ll receive a free e-book outlining tips – based on cutting scientific research – on how to bring down your pain-generating inflammation levels and manage your diet, posture, central nervous system and neural pathways so as to release tension and find ease. In this book – designed to fit in with your busy life – you’ll also learn to develop a new and healing relationship with your body and mind.

While each human body works with the same material each has unique qualities and so we’ll listen carefully to your needs and find a method which compliments you. We’ll also explore resistances and challenges which you’ll face on this journey. The more you’re willing to give yourself to this process, the more you’ll benefit.

All of these methods have come as a result of extensive research which I carried out while on my own 2-year chronic-pain journey. As well as having experienced chronic back pain and anxiety for years, I was diagnosed with a terminal condition which left me unable to walk without daily spinal injections. I was in continuous intense pain that felt as if I had shards of broken glass under the skin all over my body. I tried everything and eventually realised that in order to answer one big question you need a combination of answers and so I drew up a plan.

After following this programme I’m now completely pain free and haven’t even taken as much as a paracetamol for 2 years. My life is richer and more beautiful than it ever was and I’m hiking up mountains, canoeing and swimming with more physical and emotional stamina than I’ve had in a decade. In addition, as well as years of being a certified counsellor, I’ve now trained as a Pain-Management Practitioner and qualified with distinction. Not everything in our bodies is fixable but if you work with me I can guide you to the optimal level.

The latest scientific evidence demonstrates that while pharma meds can be helpful for short-term pain, there’s no pharmaceutical cure for the more chronic kind. Medical practitioners across the globe are now being advised to guide their patients towards a holistic approach as this is the only source of relief and/or healing. As many doctors don’t have the time or necessary training to work holistically, I’ve created a user-friendly model for you.

I have great belief in the many benefits of allopathic medicine and always recommend that my clients consult with a medical practitioner before embarking on complimentary programmes but I also believe that our precious bodies benefit most from collaboration with modern medicine while finding natural ways to heal.

For those of you who benefit from time away, we’re planning a number of nourishing nature retreats in Sweden, Ireland and Spain for 2023-24 so feel free to enquire about these.

    In peace
